Irk #4

I really hate when people are driving then all of a sudden stop because the light turned yellow. Yellow means hurry up and get through the light before it turns red! Oh, and its OK to INCH OUT.

    OR break heading into an intersection when the light is still green!! It's like they think a red light is magically going to appear when they are 5 feet from the light.
